Wezenspyk’s young matured Texel Farmer’s cheese is exactly what a young matured cheese is supposed to be. Pure in its simplicity, without added aromas, dyes or flavor enhancers. Matured for three to six months, it’s made using cow’s milk from Texel. Although this cheese is already a breeze to cut and slice, we now also sell it in cubes without the crust. Perfect to accompany some drinks and a convenient sandwich choice.
