Texel farmer's cheese pepper

A spicy cheese that’s over two years old



Wezenspyk’s Texel pepper cheese is a cheese with some heat that lends itself very well to a solid red wine. This cheese is matured for over two years, making for a perfectly developed flavor, while peppercorns give it an extra kick. Like many of our cheeses, this one is made using cow’s milk from Texel.
